Daily Report (english version) menu rotasi II.1& II.2

Hello assalamualaikum all !!!! Good morning !! today is five week Tuesday, April 03, 2018. This is the first week of the day is the rotation menu 2.1 which will open the restaurant, and prepare rotation menu 2.2, I came to the kitchen at 7:00 am because  I opened the window and I help senior,  and i wait my frends come the kitchen. At 08.00 we are oneline in front of kitchen then we are absent one by one and in check grooming after that go into kitchen, then one line back to coolkitchen. After that we are oneline then we pray before doing the activity. At 08.00-09.00 you are give the material by our lecturer and our supervisor and after that at 09:00 to 10:00 Group 2 came out to prepare our project but no ingredient, so I help group 1 by prepare everything they wanted to do .


At 10:30 I got a coupen for table manner, there I got an appetizer, soup, and dessert but I d'not get the main course. I try product results from semester 4 it feels very good. After I returned to our oneline kitchen to prepare our prepare menu tomorrow, my group got the dessert menu (Khaou Neow Ma Muany) this is a menu from Thailand. This food  stiky rice, and manggo).

At 15.30 we are oneline, we are given the material by our lecturer mr. ical, there are some are given, then we are select by your lecturer to help clean the library, because the displacement of the library, me and my friend pointed to compile some library books in the closet , there are recipe books and etc. at 16.00 we do  general cleaning after all we have finished our rest, after that we are oneline to get ready to go home, then we get ready prayer and go home respectively.
