Daily Report (English version) #menu rotasi 2.1

Hello assalamualaikum all !!!! Good morning !! today is five week Monday, April 02, 2018. This is the first week in our new menu, Menu Rotation 11.1. I came to the kitchen at 7:30. At 08.00 we are oneline in front of kitchen then we are absent one by one and in check grooming, after entering the kitchen then one line back to coolkitchen. After that we are oneline then we pray before doing the activity. at 08.00-11.00 we are given the material by supervisor and I am riview by ka agung, there are some that I do not remember but there I remember him back and coincidentally because our lecturers did not attend so we at the riview and given the material by the lecturer, After 11.00 our group 2 came out to project our project, but our  ingredient was not there so we went back to rest and helped the friend who was preparing.




today is the Chinese menu which is rotation menu 11.1 Chinese spinach and peanut salad, Traditional egg drop soup, Beef rice bowl, Tang yuan, Tang zhong It is chinese food, and prepared and doing by group 1. We did not get the menu, but we can help them so i foam know about the menu. Our group 2 will prepare tomorrow. At 14.00 we return oneline back at coolkitchen after that we are given the material by supervaisor. And we rest after that we oneline back.

At 5:00 pm we told by the supervisor about their trining period of how to complain. I also got a little knowledge from supervisor, at 17.30 we do general cleaning after all we have finished our rest, after that we are oneline to get ready to go home, then we get ready prayer and go home.
