Hello assalamualaikum all !!!! Good morning !! today is the five week of Wednesday, April 04, 2018. This is the first week of the day is the 2.2 rotation menu that will open the restaurant, and prepare is the rotation menu 2.3, I came to the kitchen at 08.15 after arriving at the kitchen I wash stiky ricel, I use later after wait tharn clock, At 08.00 we are oneline in front of kitchen then we absen one by one and in check grooming after that go to kitchen, then one line back to coolkitchen. After that we were oneline then we prayed before the activity. At 08.00-09.00 we were given material by our lecturer mr.syahrial and our supervisor and after that at 09.00-10.00 Group 1 came out and half of group 1 helped doing group 2.

Yeah guys today rotation menu 2.2 today my group (10) make dessert  Khaou Neow Ma Muany where the food is made from stiky rice and coconut milk, and  slice manggo. This time i want to make coconut sauce. First I prepared water and thick coconut milk and panda leaves, and then I prepare the sauce pan and first I put the coconut milk and water, this comparison 1: 1 after that seasoning leaves pandan, sugar and salt, then after boil sauce in the chiller

Np: Why this food is give coconut milk to neutralize all the spicy flavor in main cours, appetizers and soup so that the spicy taste in the meal will be lost. After all is done I make stiky rice which was in cook and then in shape, at 13:30 we platting dessert and after that open restorant.

And at 15:30 I helped group 1 to make the appetizer (jalangkote) I helped to make the dough from the jalangkote, so was need a little energy hehe, cause which in use there are about 1kg more. After all finished at 16.00 us do the cleaning part in the general section of butcher and cool kitchen and partly in the Man Kitchen section.

After it was over we rested, after which we were oneline to get ready to go home, then we got ready for prayer and went home to each other.
