English Breakfest

On this day to the first three weeks into the kitchen, Wednesday 07 February 2018 at 07:00 am we gathered in front of the kitchen as usual on the line after that we check our grooming and toolbag, then we go to coolkitchen to get preparation English Breakfest, then we make a muffin, but the group is in for making preparations tomorrow Indonesia Breakfest. For groups 1-5 prepare the ingredients to prepare breakfast indonesia and for groups 6-10 to make the muffin back which is muffin English and muffin plain. At 09.00 am we made a muffin (English Muffin) there are some recipes that I will note the recipe

 

 Ingredients:

• 187 gr water

• 4 gr instan yeast

•   250 ge hard flour

•  4 gr sugar

• 6 gr non fat milk solids shortening

• 4 gr shortening

Set it all in bake at 10.00 am all breakfast is brought to the restaurant. After all we finished preparing all the ingredients for tomorrow, after that we got one line back, at 12:30 we rested at 13:30 pm, then one row back to the riview by the supervisor, then we made the game like self-introduction.

At 2:00 pm we were oneline to do a general cleaning, before that we split the parts, then we do a general cleaning until 17:00. After that we rested, then we got together while waiting for work to finish, although this time it is very clean because it is very needed because the practice this time more final. at 5:30 pm we are one line back to get ready to go home but we are given important things from our lecturer mr. ical. After that we pray and go home to each other.
