                                                             Menu Rotasi I.2

Hello everyone !! Assalamualaikum and Good morning !! Today on Tuesday, February 20, 2018. this is our second week, at 08.00 we are oneline in front of the kitchen then absent one by one then check out our grooming and tool bag . After that we fill the absent at the locker and back oneline in coolkitchen, at 09.00 we are give matery by our lecturer mr.syahrial to prepare all the prepare, after we are give matery by our lecturer from group 2 will fill the time by discussing our mini project . After that we go into the kitchen at 11:30.

Then we are from group 2 oneline for preparing material in rotation menu 1.2, after that we all prepare with each "group, we got the appetizer menu that is macedoine of vegetable mayonnaise after that we take all material in chiller then we prepare tool in then utensil store, then we do all the vegetables: carrots,whitw turnip , beans, and peas.After all in weigh then cut into a macedoine shape with a size of 1/2 cm.After that in store in chiller for tomorrow day.

After all finished preparing. We rested at 15:00 after that we did the general cleaning, after we rested back at 17:00, there we were fed by the supervisor and it must be finished, after all we finished oneline back in front of the kitchen, but we given a few important things by our lecturers mr. jaya. After all we are ready to go home each home, but before that we pray first and then go home.
