Assalamualaikum wr.wb
Menu Rotation I.2
Hello assalamualaikum all !!!! good morning
!! today is the second week of Wednesday, February 21, 2018. I entered the
kitchen at 08.30. After that we are oneline in front of the kitchen then we are
absent one by one and in check grooming after entering the kitchen then fill
the locker absent, then one line back to coolkitchen. After that we are oneline
then we pray before doing the activity. Then we are given some material by
supervaisor. And after that we all oneline back in coolkitchen and prepare all preparing
to be done.
At 8:30 I did a lot of activities with
my group mates. For the menu today is the menu "Table D'Hote" from
the menu I get Appetizer menu is the appetizer, which is usually sweet &
sour. For appetizer menu is Macedoine of vegetable mayonnaise.

Then after that, our group shares
assignments, what we will do next. I got a part making sauce mayonnaise, after
I got my assignment. I am responsible for my work, first I prepare is to
prepare eggs, mustard, lemon, salt, and olive oil. And until finished all make
sauce, then we memblach vegetables that have been prepared yesterday and after
that we platting.
After all have been prepared until the
opening restaurant and clean each area. We take a break and do the prayer.
After the break, we are oneline back in coolkitchen after that we do the
general cleaning after all is over we continue to rest, after that we are
oneline to get ready to go home, but we are given important thing by our
lecturer pak jaya for today then we get ready for prayer and go home to each
other,
