Indonesia Breakfast
On this day the first four weeks of
entering the kitchen, Thursday 08 February 2018 at 07:00 am we gathered in
front of the kitchen as usual on the line after that we checked our tools and
grooming, then we went to coolkitchen and one the line back to continue
preparing Indonesia Breakfast, then we finished all preparing, but again for
group to cook all ingredients already in preparing, our group got to make
coffee and tea all we prepared for breakfast.
At 09.00 am we made some kind of food for
beakfast :
slice fruit
fried rice
fried noodle
chicken poridge
After all is cooked, at 10:00 pm all
breakfast is brought to the restaurant. I get a coupon table manner, at 10:05
pm I enter the restaurant and there I was taught how to use the right spoon and
fork, and served by the waiters, after breakfast I entered the kitchen, even
though the weather today did not support us keep doing our act. We came back
one the line in the cool kitchen.
At 11:27 we rested, and we went back to the
cool kitchen and one of our lines will be riview by the supervisor, before we
reread our small book, and we will be called one by one. At 15:00 we take a
break then we will do the general cleaning at 16:00. we are oneline to do
general cleaning, before that we divide the section-section, then we do general
cleaning until 17:00 pm. After that we rested, then we gathered while waiting
for work is complete, although this time the general cleaning is very fast
because this time the practice is earlier completed. at 5:30 pm we are one the
line back to get ready to go home. After that we pray and go home to each
other.
