American Breakfest

On this day the first two weeks of my first day in practice, Tuesday 06 February 2018. At 07.00 am. we have our oneline absent one by one and check the tools and grooming after that we go into the cool kitchen and we continue to proofing and bake dough that we made is Croissant. because we will practice a product that we will preparing for the restorant, before that we are brought the material by our lecturers Sir Syahrial. In the assignment of some breakfest menu we will make is Continentanl Breakfest and Amerikan Breakfest.

Before we preparing our bake croissant after that we oneline back to the share make some parts of the menu provided, and then our group will get the part that is making the English Breakfest menu. We will make English Muffin, Well pretty in its making it needs a little energy. After that we proofing and bake. The dough ingredients of English muffin are different from the plain muffins and the way they make them differ only in the dough. This English muffin uses only a little water but in the plain muffin dough it uses a lot of water.

After preparing our English Breakfest oneline back in coolkitchen and before the break we were given material from our lecturer Mr. syahrial.
