Menu Rotasi I.1 (Table D'Hote)



Hello assalamualaikum !!!! good morning  everyone!! today the second week of Monday, February 19, 2018. I entered the kitchen at 08.30 because im come late in the ceremony held as usual, and then im go to the kitchen at 08:30. After that we are oneline in front of the kitchen then we are absent one by one and in check grooming after entering the kitchen then fill the locker absent, and then one line back to coolkitchen. After that we are oneline then we pray before doing the activity. And then we are give some material by supervaisor. Then we are oneline again to get the matery by lecturer mr. syahrial.

At 09:00 we give matery by our lecturers mr.syahrial, there are some material that him tell us about table d'hote marteri, appetizer, soup, maincourse, and dessert. After being give some matery by our lecturers, then we are in the group for preparing tomorrow, but before that we are distributed group that is group 1 & group 2. Group 1 & 2 preparing for tomorrow, because my group got the preparing part French bread , then we preparing some ingredients is hard flour, salt, yeast, water. After that make the dough by using a straight dough that is mixing all the ingredients.






Then all at bake, at 14.30 we rest, at 15:00 after resting our oneline in front of the kitchen to do beberrpa material that will be given by the supervisor, after that we will be given the material again by our lecturer is mr. ical, then we will do general cleaning before we are in for section-section. Then our general cleaning at 17:00 after that we rested at 17:30 and then we get ready to go home, but before that we are also given some important things by our lecturers by pak jaya. After that we will pray and get ready to go home.
