Continental Breakfast

 In practice this time, Monday 05 February 2018 is the first practice schedule in semester 2. at 08.00 am we onelione in front of kitchen and then we are absent one by one and then we check one by one tool that we have and check the grooming. Then we oneline in coolkitchen, after that we were given motivation and preparing about Breakfast in bring by our lecturer Mr. Syahrial. 

After that we waited for the group to share each and we right away do. And then from the group of 1-10 we were in for some section to do from group 1-5 in coolkitchen and from group 6-10 in man kitchen, after that we preparing then doing. After we preparing we right away do with each one that has been distributed, we from group 10 got the product is soft roll.We are doing the first soft roll which is prerparing tool then the material after that we make soft roll dough first of stright dough an then sponge dough material like water, milk, water, or margarine.

Then after so the dough is in bake and while waiting for us to rest at 13:20 pm , then we will do oneline at 14.30 pm. After our break oneline in the cool kitchen for the group, but this group is divided again into 5 groups to make american breakfeast the croissant and danish but my group get the croissant but this is only batter, after all so we oneline back for the share section-section to perform general cleaning at 17.00 pm. After that we rested, after resting our one line back and we we give some important things that brought by Mr.ical after that we pray and go home respectively.
