“Ala carte 1” 
Assalamualaikum wr. wb.
Halo Genk welcome back to my blog.
Yapps today was my third day in practiced ala'carte menu, today I came early at 6 o'clock in the morning, we incharged by seniors b semester 5, today we must get better than yesterday, at 6.30 o'clock in the morning we did oneline and directly went to our own sections, I made carbohydrat today for main course menu. First I took all the preparation ingredients from cold kitchen, because cold kitchen became section that served us for vegetable, and carbo made from potato. Today I made :
1. Dhuchesse potatoes
2. Colcannon
3. Gratin dauphinoise

Those were carbo that I handled, first I steamed potatoes then made dhuchesse potatoes, calcannon, and the last Gratin, I cook them all and the last put them in bain Marie to make dish still warm. Then I helped my friend to prepare condiment and plating, at 13.00 o'clock in noon we took a break and did dhuhur pray, after that we were back and resto open all stand by in their own sections. There some friend in fryier section and sauté section and there was a friend in platter section. All busy with their own sections.

After all done and all dish sold out, resto close. We directly moved to clean our work area and all the preparation remains we put back in chiller. At 15.30 o'clock in the afternoon we went to mosque to did ashar pray, after all done we took a break before did general cleaning. Nah here I got knowledge about how ala'carte system works. Thanks to our supervisor today, kak putra, kak agung, kak Muklis and kak aldi. At 17.00 o'clock in the late afternoon we did general cleaning and after that we went to our home.
