Today this is my first day in the ala carte 2 menu, so
today we just got the ala carte menu 2 and last week I have meet with the ala
carte 1 menu, so today we rolling section or change secion menu yesterday im
main course section and today we are in pastry section , oh yes today im in the
kitchen at 7:30 and at 7:55 I go back to home because I left my apron. And we
back in kitchen and when I arrived at our kitchen oneline and we checked the
toolbag and grooming every day.
So here we are only for preparing for tomorrow, so
after the lecturer explain us directly
to what menu is handled so here I get a part to handle cream brulle, and the
lecturer said all the product pastries are make now so we make it, here I am
get cream brulle and I prepare all the ingredients,:
All ingredients are mixed and then cook on medium heat, do not cook them until they are boiled until they are cooked until they are warm, then pour them into the mold and use the au bain marie method, then bake at 180 c and using 1 hour (+). While waiting for us to continue prayer dzuhur and we back check the cream brulle that was bake while waiting for me to help my friend make the kantiri mandi then I help the senior make a soft roll after that the cream brulle is cooked and I chill it at room temperature and after that put it in the chiller.

1. Red Velvet Roll
2. Cream brulle
3. Honey ice cream
4. Kantiri mandi
So here we are only for preparing for tomorrow, so

mendapat ka. Gc di pastry setelah semua selesai kami pun beristirahat sambil menunggu
adzan magrib setah itu kamu kembali kekitcen dan oneline untuk pulang kerumah
masing
