Hai Genk, welcome back to my blog guys
Today we were still in ala'carte 1, and today was my second day after yesterday we did preparation, today was the time for cook, so guys today I came early at 7.00 o'clock in the morning, there was only me and my group mates who came early and prepared all the ingredients for main course menu, And I handled fry for pan sear salmon and moulse, but before I handled that section I handled carbo for main course, there were colcannon, dhuchesse potatoes and Gratin because the main ingredient for those dish are potatoes.
And main course menu are :
. Sushi plate
. Moulse marinier (steamed mussels)
. Gratin dauphinoise
. Creamed spinach
Today was only two main course dish we served to restaurant because the stock of the ingredients was empty. Here we were still confused with ala'carte system and finally we did many mistakes, like a friend in fryer section became the one in blanch section. After that we questioned supervisor about the system.
At 12.30 o'clock in the noon we moved to do dhuhur pray, after that we were back to the kitchen to do our activity. At 13.00 o'clock in the afternoon resto open, we got confused again here, until our lecture got mad, all dish that was ready we took out to restaurant. After all done we cleaned our work area, and I became Steward today, at 15.00 o'clock in the afternoon we did ashar pray and after that we were back to do general cleaning. At 18.00 we did oneline and went home.
