“Ala carte 2”

So this is the last week in kitchen, at 7:35 we are in the kitchen and here we return to the practice of the ala carte menu 2. Here I get the ala carte 2 menu which is Appetizer "Mpek-Mpek Palmebang’’ pempek already in Palembang since the influx of Tionghoa to Palembang, namely around the 16th century, mpek-mpek from Palembang was of many kinds, namely: Mpek-mpek submarines, mpek-mpek lenjer, mpek-mpek lenjer, mpek-mpek pistel, mpek-mpek kulit, etc. . But here we make mpk-mpek lenjer.

The ingredients that are prepared : Mackerel fish, Starch, Shallot, Garlic, Eggs, Seasoning. After everything is prepared, we continue to make the sauce. The ingredients that are prepared are: Brown Sugar, Tamarind, Vinegar, Ebi, Water, Seasoning. After all that was prepared, we returned to demolish the area on the first day, we only prepared and will be made tomorrow, after all we have finished, we will go back to rest and pray in the congregation. Then go back to the kitchen again to help those who haven't finished preparing.

After all was done we did general cleaning as usual here I helped the Man Kitchen area here I cleaned up and while helping other friends. Then we proceeded to pray ashar in congregation. And after that we go back to the kitchen to check whether the general cleaning condition is clean or not. After that we rested and distributed food for the nation's children, after eating and resting we continued oneline to get ready to come home to each other and before going home let us pray that we will be blessed today
