Okay guys here I will tell you about my activities today, today is the last day on the ala carte menu 1. Here I will explain about the menu that I handle. Okay before I explain, I will tell about the activities in the morning until the afternoon. At 6:45 I arrived at the kitchen and the first thing I did before I released it was all prepared. At 7:20 we are oneline. After that we return to the respective section ".
Okay, here I will explain the menu that I handle, which is
"Thai Chicken Salad", so Thai Chicken salad is from Thailand. Thai
cuisine is synonymous with acid, salty, spicy. So here I will explain step by
step make it Thai chicken salad. For the first chicken in marinate: Marinate
ingredients: fish sauce. Sweer dauce, salad oil, lime juice and chop garlic.
Then stir until smooth and enter the chicken breast then marinate up to 30 min.
After marinate then vacuum and serve up to 25 min 40 degrees centigrade. After
storing, we store it in the chiller.
For the condiment and underliners,Tomato slice and cucumber
slice and sredded salada. And for the sauce, namely: chili abd garic chop,
lemon juice and fish sauce, one more palm sugar and seasoning. After the
condiment and sauce are finished, then we pan seared chicken which has been
souved until cooked. After all the dishes are done with the dressing.etc
