Hi assalamualaikum, today is the last week in this practice
so here I will share my daily life while in the kitchen, so today I came at
6:30 and here I immediately prepared all the preparations that I prepared
yesterday which were materials for the students - the sauce and sauce. For mpek
"this is the first thing I use is:

seasoning.All ingredients are mixed until blended and heat the water to boiling
in the stock pot then pour the mixture that has been cooked until cooked and
lift and coolAfter it is cold, fry it and slice it and prepare it for platting
and pour the sauce and slice a little cucumber slices and be ready to serve.
after I platting and I gave an opinion by my lecturer the
results of platting but platting it were still lacking and not dancing and then
I tried again to re-polish, after that the appetizer was ready to be brought to
the restaurant, at 13:00 close the restaurant and we were all ready to go to
mushollah for the midday prayer then after that we returned to the kitchen to
clean the areas that had been used. At 3:00 p.m. we rested and ate together
then we returned to activities for general cleaning. And after the general
cleaning we are ready to return home.
