Prepare Pisang Ijo (Dessert)

Hello friends, welcome to my blog. Today is the 10th day,
the last week in semester 2. We will meet in the 3rd semester genk. Okay now I
will tell you about my activities during the kitchen. At 7:35 am I came in the
kitchen, the first thing I did was something I called, apron, napkin and
toolbag. At 08:05 we were oneline and absent one by one and then went to cool
kitchen oneline again, after that we were riview by supervisor. After our
riview divide the task to make the product, this product is FOOD INDONESIA.
At 10:00 we prepared all the ingredients that are made, this
time my group got a part to make dessert, that is Pisang IJO, yes pisang ijo
coming from south Sulawesi. Here I get the task to boil the bananas that will
be made later, for the ingredients that we prepared not all the destination
flour, coconut milk, sugar and salt and given a little flavor and flavor of
pandanus, then cook the coconut milk and then enter a little air after a while,
after it is inserted a color. Cook until he blends. After that in cool.
At 12:00 we made a banana from the dough we had made, after
which we steamed and chilled. After all our rest and pray. At 15:00 we did the
general cleaning as usual, I got a part in the steward and workbench, after
which we rested in front of the kitchen, at 17:00 we were oneline to get ready
to go home each but not yet storied with us I have to say some important things
to say, after that we pray and get ready to go home.
