Hello guys, welcome to my blog. On 15 May 2018, today I will
tell you about my activities during the kitchen. At 7:45 am I came to the
kitchen, the first one I prepared before doing the activities, preparing all
the equipment like, apron, napkin, and toolbag. After that we absent one by
one. After that we went in and oneline in the kitchen. We riview one by one. at
09:45 we immediately do to prepare all the preparations we made yesterday, me
and my group make banana ijo, because we prepare yesterday.
At 11:00 we make sauce for pisang ijo, the ingredients to be
prepared are, coconut milk, water, salt and salt and then add the rice flour to
thicken agent. Set it on the cold , after all we finish oneline. At 12:00 we platting
dessert that has been so, banana ijo is cut and given the sauce we've made and
then add syrup dht as a colorant and flavor. Set it all off we kembvali oneline
and clean all areas in use, at 14:00 we open restaurant.
We open restaurant at 14:00, I was chosen as a hair ash. All
maskanan out with the appropriate procedures on the order, namu out 35 pax and
we make 45 pax, usually we are ready to eat it with the nation's children
hahaha, setlah all our oneline and get ready to do general cleaning, I get the
section clean up the coolkitchen, after that we get back to rest, soon we eat
together from the rest we made hehe, set it all finished we wait for the
oneline to go home, soon we are oneline and get ready to go home respectively.
