Hallo genkss, Assalamualaikum. Today is the 10th week of
practice, on 16-May-2018 here I will tell you about my activities during the
kitchen. At 7:30 am I came to the kitchen, First I prepare is apron, napkin and
toolbag. Then I am oneline and absent one by one. After that we went back to the
kitchen for oneline, here we are riview by the supervisor, there are some in
riview that is, all the basic about the kitchen, and all recipie ever done
during the kitchen, as usual before doing first is riview, so we always
remember the basic in love.
At 10:00 am I am oneline at the coolkitchen here we are
getting ready to prepare. Namely Thai food, here we get a menu of soup. Namely
TOM YUM GOONG. This menu is a soup that his trademark is sour, wry, spicy. The
materials that I prepare is for its stock is,
1. Bonquet garnie
2. Tomato sauce
3. Water
4. Shrimp (shrimp head and shrimp shell)
After that boil and simmer, then simmer up to 4-6 hours,
then dinginkn and strain then let stand.
At 13:30 we open the restaurant, then I get the coupon table
manner, I entered the restaurant at 14:00 here I tried all the menus we have
made is the Chinese food menu, this menu consists of.
1. Chinese spinach and peanut salad
2. Traditional egg drop soup
Beef rice bowl
4. Tang yuan
5. Tang zhong
And I tried it, Alhamdulillah his results are satisfactory
no comments at all and then I returned to the kitchen at 15:00 here I see them
eat and gather together. Settalh it was at 16:00 we do general cleaning, here I
get the job of cleaning the section in coolkitchen. Set our general cleaning
oneline and rest, after that at 18:00 we are oneline to get ready to go home
each.
