“ORIENTAL BUFFET”
Assalamualaikum wr.wb
Good night everyone, today i will tell about activity in the kitchen, this is
first week after holiday, first I do activity in the morning at 07:45 am, hehe sorry
I come late cause forget my toolbag, before im in the kitchen I must well
grooming before. Like a apron,napkin two
must, etc. and then shoes polish don’t forget and must be complete for toolbag.
At 08:44 am we are oneline in MAIN KITCHEN not again in the
COOL KITCHEN, in here we are doing is oneline while waiting lecture. And then
each group is give a set menu is appetizer,soup,maincours and dessert. This time
I got appetizer “ INGEN NO GAMA AE” this is food from japanesee.
Ingredients:
String bean 1,250kg
Sesme seed 250 gr
Shoyu 50 ml
Seasoning
After all is platting and set menu we come back dor general cleaning, and then we
break
In here with my friend initiative for steward,
when I arrived at the cantin I met our
lecturer Mr. Shahrial. We shared about the kitchen and LSP, we returned and then continued the general cleaning, and then I back to home at 18.00pm
