Today is a mid-day practice, yes, September 28, 2018, my activities in the morning at 6:55 am, in here the kitchen, here i went down early in the morning with my friend, before the practice began we entered the kitchen and oneline and before we check the grooming and check the toolbag, and then there comes what we will do during the exam, today we will hold a mid-practice "continental buffet" or European buffet, before we tell you today, I will tell you about my activities yesterday .

At 7:20 I have been kitchen on September 27, 2018, so here we come to be supporting and preparing, after helping them now I will continue to prepare for tomorrow which will be tested, and I get a dessert, which is making Red velvet roll cake and Bread Butter Puding, the next day after we were oneliene we immediately practiced what was given by the lecturer, the first thing I did was to make a red velvet roll cake and after I finished I continued making Bread Butter Pudding, and after everything was finished we immediately serve to the restaurant.

At 11:30 we completed a practical trial and then we did a cleaning area that was used, after that we arrived at 1:00 p.m., then we returned to the kitchen, and here I will help me to make jalangkote After all finished we immediately carried out a general cleaning, here I was given utensil for cleaning and after all was finished we returned to rest and oneline to go home respectively.
