Today I come in the kitchen at 7:25 a.m., my activity today is the Indonesian buffet menu, the first thing I did was checking grooming and toolbag, after that we were absent one by one, we went to the oneline kitchen and were given by lecture , after that we were distributed to make a buffet. My friends and I still got dessert, this time the desser I got was doko doko cangkuning & Bubuh injin, the first thing we made was bubuh injin.

After cooking and cooling down, then we make doko doko cangkuning,
