Daily Report( English version )
Hello assalamualaikum all !!!! Good morning !! today is the third week Thursday, March 08, 2018. I come to the kitchen at 7:30 am I entered the kitchen at 08.00. After that we are oneline in front of the kitchen and we are absent one by one and in grooming after entering the kitchen then fill the locker absent, then one line back to coolkitchen. After that we are oneline then we pray before doing the activity. Then we are given some material by supervaisor. And we from group 2 will doing.
At 09:00 I can prepare first (roux) and (milk, cloves, bay leaves and spices) and add the mustard. After that I go the job again cutting the potato slice that has been steam, after that I put potato in sit pan and then cover with becahmel sauce and then I him cheedar chees and parmesant, finis next process bake in salamander (because only sauce and cheese in bake from salamander). At 13.00 open restorant, we plating all food (main course) which is ready in plating.
After all the rest We take a break and do the prayer, After the break, we are oneline back in coolkitchen after that we are given the material by supervaisor. we are also given the rest of the product we created hehe, time At 17:00 we do a general cleaning after all our finish, after that we are oneline to get ready to go home, then we get ready for prayer and go home,
