So here I will tell you about my activities at the end of
this practice, so guys here is the last week of our practice Because we will
focus on making resumes L
L so fast time passes, so
special at the end of this practice we make one of Sulawesi's traditional foods
into modern food that is modern is "milub crepes palubuttung" haha surely
you have just heard, yaps mille crepes we will try to make it as traditional
food that is pallu butung, so when this mille crepes is eaten it will taste
eating pallu butting well .
For the mille crepes ingredients we have made on Wednesday
where we prepare everything to decorate the mille crepes on the day H. So here
we come quite early at 06:00 here I make a layer for each dough, actually the
dough must be made a day and a night so that the mixture is firm and easy to
cut while eating, but that was our first mistake we made with a calm heart
because it takes quite a long time and patience,
After we decorate we continue to store the d frezzer so that
the filling of each layer is unified and hardened, while waiting for us to pray
the midday prayer and eat with friends with a special menu of titi noodles,
well we break our break then continue the presentation in the office room by
bringing mille crepes we made Alhamdulillah, our mille crepes were accepted
even though they were still not dragged. After that we returned to clean the
kitchen and then go home to their respective homes.
