So on this sunny morning I arrived at the kitchen at 7:15 here we were before our activities we waited for friends to arrive on time, so we gathered at 08:00 here we started the oneline and prayed before do other activities, well here we get material about making "appam paranggi". before starting our lecturer who will give material about the parang appang.

So  Apang, a traditional Mandar food, which is better eaten when sprinkled with grated coconut which is rather young. ... Apang, in the Indonesian dictionary written Apam, meaning cake made from rice flour that is given yeast, and mixed with brown sugar, is better eaten with grated coconut.

And this time what we are going to make is a paranggi apang made from cassava tape (poteng) And the results we made are still failing next we try again.
