Recipie pastry cream that I made are:

- 480 gr fresh milk
- 120 gr egg yolks
- 120 gr granulated sugar
- 57 grams of cornstarch
- 56 gr butter

How to make:

- First cook fresh milk and sugar, cook it not to boil the important thing is warm and the sugar is laurt.
- Then the egg yolks and cornstarch are mixed until they are fused, then fish to the cooked milk then poured all the egg yolk mixture.
- Cook until it thickens should be stirred constantly, the fire must be small so as not to burn.
- Then pour the butter into the mixture and then mix with low speed so that the pastry cream is soft guys.

After the pie fruit, I continued to make the chocolate pie filling.

The ingredients are:

fresh milk 200 gr
Whipped cream 150 gr
Dark Chocolate "Guananja" 250
Egg 3 pcs

How to make:

Fresh milk and whipped cream are cooked
Then pour it into a container containing dark chocolate (like making ganache)
Then pour the eggs one by one while stirring.

Then I made Sunkist lemon pie
The material used is

- Whippied cream
- Lemon juice
- Sunkist juice
- And lemon skin and Sunkist
- Pastry cream

How to make:
- All ingredients in the mixer except the pastry cream after all mixed pour the pastry cream little by little.

Now that's all the material that I prepared after that I prepared the results of our products in the Rectorate Room that will be presented by our lecturers, and there will be judgments for the guys, they just don't have to cook carefully.
